$625/Month! Your space includes Full Utility Hook-Ups & WIFI! We do not offer nightly or weekly rentals. First month is pro-rated + following month, + $50 Deposit due before move-in. Enrollment in our automatic draft program with Visa/Mastercard/Discover is required! Cash, Check, & Payment Apps will NOT be accepted. We have on on-site laundry facility.
We do not allow pets to be outside without their owner & a leash. We do not allow certain dogs breeds on our property. Your RV/Trailer must be a 2016 model or newer (older models can be approved upon request.) There are many other rules & requirements that we can provide upon request.
We are receiving hundreds of phone calls so please call now for your best chance at getting a space. We have been told as of May 1st, 2026, that 99% of the RV parks in Hobbs are full and have waiting lists.
